Default Redesigned EurekaZone Web Site

I like the "redesigned" EurekaZone web site very much.

The only thing I stumbled with just a bit was the secondary site menus - for example, when you click on Track Saw Components you get a secondary menu listing: Universal Saw Base, Guide Rails, Connectors, EZ Clamps, and Anti Chip Edges.

The only thing that confused me a bit was the small white boxes to the left of each secondary menu item. Maybe each was originally planned to have a related picture - maybe?

Nice work!

Ken K.

The web site is easier to navigate but an old site listing a full product line might be preferable to a new one that's incomplete. That is, unless the new site is so effective that it creates more sales despite listing fewer products. Then it's a big win.

I might have waited a couple of more days to make a better impression with a finished site. Unless the old site crashed or was losing money, I don't see the advantage of a site that apologizes for being less and offers less than the what it replaced. I got enough of that from Obamacare.

I click on "Assemble and Cutting Tables" (check spelling!) and get a blank page. I can't find folding legs, double t-tracks, stops and clamps, and several other things. A customer can't buy what he can't see.

I'd also double check spelling and grammar. If it's good no one cares but if its bad, fair or not, professionalism and intelligence get questioned.

I'm just playing devil's advocate. What's promising is that EZ isn't static and living on past glory. All in all, the web site will be a welcome improvement when completed, as long as it clearly displays all the products, their uses, and how they work together, especially the new ones. Can't wait to see them!

It might be helpful to comb the forum for short customer testimonies to display with products, if you have the space. Satisfied customers are the best advertisements.

100% right.
The work just started and now is the best time to play the ez Devil.

I was with a customer on the phone trying to direct him to the UEG.
Out from the office for a long time and I can't even direct the customer
to the right page...

We start with navigation first.
I think we have it under control now.
You can go to any product with one click.

next step is the communication
.
The phone, fax and e-mail and directions must be easily
found from any page. that is the next step....

Then we jump on the categories and products.
By next week we will be close to the destination.

thanks for the feedback.

I like it. Shows how components work together. Helps to expand/enhance your system and find replacement parts.
